Admission / Late Seating
Foyer doors open two hours before each performance. McCormick Hall doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
As a courtesy to performers and patrons, latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate interval in the performance. In some instances, latecomers may not be seated until the first intermission or end of artist sequence.
Rules
Preston Arts Center prohibits cameras, video and sound recording equipment, cellular phones, food or drink in the performance hall. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the Preston Arts Center. All babies and children regardless of age must have a ticket for reserved seating events. We have a “no babes in arms” policy. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a performance is cancelled.
Accessibility
Wheelchair seating positions are available. Please request wheelchair seating when placing a ticket order far in advance of the performance date.
Wireless sound reinforcement headsets are available for the hearing impaired free of charge at the box office.
The Preston Arts Center does not have an elevator to the balcony or first floor back of house seating. Limited ground level seating is available and many seats require using steps to access.
