Function: The business affairs of the Alliance shall be directed by the Board of Directors with day to day operations managed by the executive director.
Subcommittees:
Executive Committee – consists of board President, both Vice-Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary
Development Committee – oversees business related to annual fund drive and corporate development
Programming Committee – oversees business related to programming seasons of events
Marketing Committee – oversees business related to marketing of the fund drive, season of events, individual shows and the organization.
