Resale, Lost and Counterfeit Tickets
YOU MAY NOT RESELL OR DISTRIBUTE tickets sold for events produced by the Henderson Area Arts Alliance for any commercial purpose. When purchasing for a Henderson Area Arts Alliance production, you agree that tickets purchased are for personal use only unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Henderson Area Arts Alliance. This site, including all information and services may not be used for any commercial purposes such as to conduct the sale of tickets, merchandise, or services of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links or any other form of communication. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision. At a minimum, we may void the tickets in question and bar such violators from use of this Site and any services of the Henderson Area Arts Alliance. THE SALE OF TICKETS at a Henderson Area Arts Alliance event (including parking lots and entrance roads) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be considered trespassing on property and escorted off the grounds.
Tickets purchased from an unauthorized source may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or in violation of resale policies and if so, are VOID. We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets from an unauthorized source and remind you that scalping a ticket is illegal in the state of Kentucky. PROTECT YOURSELF – Please only buy tickets from an authorized ticket agent. The only authorized ticket agent for the Henderson Area Arts Alliance is Arts People, which can be accessed via our website at haaa.org.
Admission / Late Seating
Foyer doors open one hour before each performance. McCormick Hall doors traditionally open 30 minutes prior to curtain unless otherwise dictated by the presenting show.
As a courtesy to performers and patrons, latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate interval in the performance. In some instances , latecomers may not be seated until the first intermission or end of artist sequence.
Canceled or Rescheduled Events
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a performance is cancelled. If the event is canceled: We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. In some cases, you may be given the option to choose either a credit towards a future purchase, to make a tax-deductible donation to the Arts Alliance, or a refund; if so, we will email you a notification explaining your options, and how to submit a request for a credit.
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: Unless you are otherwise notified, your ticket(s) are still valid, and no further action is required. Any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to limitations set by the Event Promotor.
Rules
Preston Arts Center prohibits cameras, video and sound recording equipment, and cellular phones in the performance hall during shows. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the premises. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the Preston Arts Center unless purchased from the bar inside the PAC lobby. All babies and children regardless of age must have a ticket for reserved seating events. We have a “no babes in arms” policy unless otherwise stated for our events.
Accessibility
Twelve (12) ADA seats are available. Please request wheelchair seating, far in advance of the show date, when placing ticket order.
Wireless sound reinforcement headsets are not currently available for the hearing impaired at this time. For information about these devices, please all the Preston Arts Center at 270-831-9803.
The Preston Arts Center does not have an elevator to the balcony or first floor back of house seating. Limited ground level seating is available and many seats require using stairs to access them.
