The Henderson Area Arts Alliance is currently seeking applications for a Patron Services & Events Manager.
The ideal canidate should have experience in customer service and database management; strong business skills; excellent written and oral communication skills. The Patron Services & Events Manager must be capable of multi-tasking, be very organized and a creative problem solver.
Preferred qualifications
• Associate’s Degree in the arts, business administration, or related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in arts, non-profit administration, database management and/or event management
Hours: 35-40 hours/week with some evening and weekend work required
Duties include but are not limited to:
Box Office Management/Administration
Managing ticket sales and the Box Office
Manage ticketing reports
Phone and email correspondence
Attend meetings
Filing and accounting
Preparing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
Assist in preparation of board meetings
Assist Executive Director with fundraising campaign
Contacting donors and updating donor files
Producing and organizing mailers
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Show Production & Events
Advancing Shows
Corresponding with tour manager
Hospitality for shows and week of show details, including managing interns/volunteers
Co-Manage HAAA Annual Fundraising event and other donor related events
Co-Manage educational outreach programs
